At Mavs Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and include the printed packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
